Title: Customer Service Representative

- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18.0pt; line-height: 16.5pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;">Provide quality customer service and support Customer Service Department on a daily basis, including phone interaction, problem resolution, and account transaction processing in a timely manner.
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18.0pt; line-height: 16.5pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;">Provide product knowledge and technical assistance as necessary.
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18.0pt; line-height: 16.5pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;">Respond to customer inquiries. Enter information in a computerized database.
Requirement:
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18.0pt; line-height: 16.5pt; mso-list: l0 level1 lfo1; background: white; vertical-align: baseline;"> High school diploma or equivalency is required.
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18pt; line-height: 16.5pt; background: white; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: left;">Knowledge of Microsoft Teams.
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18pt; line-height: 16.5pt; background: white; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: left;">Have proper Internet connection at home.
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18pt; line-height: 16.5pt; background: white; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: left;">Tech savy
- 7085690920msonormal" style="margin-left: -18pt; line-height: 16.5pt; background: white; vertical-align: baseline; text-align: left;">Handle many inbound and outbound calls to customers and clients.
