(1.5 MEGS are available with the ability to provide 9.5 MEGS when paralleled)
Have an immediate opening for an Executive Assistant/Office Manager at our Owings, Maryland 20736 facility.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 8:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m.
Provide Executive Team support
Prepare for and attend Executive Meetings
Oversee Receptionist and Marketing Coordinator providing guidance
Maintain Corporate Agreements
Oversee, track and manage company processes and procedures
Assist HR when needed
Coordinate company functions, office equipment, cell phone and wireless equipment and plans, organizational chart, travel arrangement/accommodations
Assist with Facility tasks as needed
Provide assistance for personal matter for President as needed
Additional items as needed
BS/BA, AA, High School
Previous Executive Assistant experience a must.
Would prefer at least 10 years of Office Management.
Must be a multitasker, have Office Suite proficiency and a sense of urgency
