We are seeking an Account Manager to join our team and assist in all areas of our business including HR. You will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the activities of the inside sales team while assisting in enhancing the customer experiences of the shoppers. Additional responsibilities can range from working with HR in recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding efforts.


Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in customer service, sales, or other related fields
  • Some college coursework completed preferred
  • Reliable transportation - most of our locations are not available via public transportation
  • Ability to build rapport with customers
  • Ability to prioritize and multitask
  • Positive and professional demeanor
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities:

  • Inside sales
  • Train and evaluate peers (with the help of HR)
  • Leading our sales team on training and other various tasks
  • Track monthly results and trends for business forecasting
  • Sales order tracking
  • Hands-on learning regarding the psychology of sales and consumerism
  • Deliver an account strategy for each account
  • Develop business within existing accounts and new accounts
  • Develop new business sales opportunities in new accounts
  • Propose and close key account sales
  • Progressing from the sales account manager role
  • Develop an account growth plan and new account development plan
  • Driving sales through new customer and existing account growth
  • Developing existing accounts while generating new accounts
  • Develop target accounts list sales plan for each account
  • Implement sales strategies for new account prospects and growth opportunities within existing accounts
  • Complete strategic customer account plans
  • Manage assigned accounts and maximize account
  • Coordinate sales approach and account servicing of national accounts
  • Maintain quality key account customers in assigned sales territory
  • Assisting strategic account director to develop and implement account business plans
  • Ensuring integrated customer account management
  • Expand relationships in existing accounts and develop new accounts
  • Developing overall client/account strategy
