Accounting Clerk/ New Grad
Our client in the Fort Lauderdale, FL area is searching for an Accounting Clerk to join an innovative, close-knit organization. This Accounting Clerk would be helping out the accounting department processing AP / AR, bank reconciliations and posting payroll to the General Ledger.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform AR/AP duties
- Maintains accounting records by making copies; filing documents
- Matching, Coding and Batching invoices
- Maintains accounting databases by entering data into the computer; processing backups
- Verifies financial reports by running performance analysis software program
- Bank Reconciliations
- Booking traveling arrangements
Junior Accountant / Accounting Clerk
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field (Must Have)
- 1+ years of related professional experience
- Strong Excel skills
- Experience with Quickbooks preferred
