  • Two year technical degree or equivalent work experience in a corporate environment.
  • Certified in 1 or more of the following: HDI, CompTIA A+ and/or Microsoft Certified Professional.
  • Excellent customer service and phone skills.
  • Ability to explain technical information to non-technical clients.
  • Experience creating, utilizing and maintaining knowledge articles.
  • Demonstrated ability to learn new skills and apply the knowledge.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced experience troubleshooting and resolving Windows 7, Microsoft Office 2013, Adobe, Java, Internet Explorer, Chrome, VPN, other 3rd party as well as in house applications.
  • Handles problems that are complex, unknown and new with confidence.
  • Excellent understanding of Service Desk Operations; including tools, processes and methodologies.
  • Familiar with using ACD systems such as Cisco Finesse.
  • Experience using Helpdesk software such as Service Now.
  • Bi-Lingual is preferred with the ability to read, write and speak fluently any of the following languages: Spanish, French or Portuguese but not required.
