We are hiring a Warehouse Production Manager to help us lead and manage employees and productivity, fast paced work environment. This position will be responsible for day to day operations of the assigned work area to assure that safety, quality, and productivity are maximized.


Job Duties

  • Reviewing headcount needs, and coordinating communications with the recruiting team

  • Ensuring work is set up for the shift to optimize productivity goals

  • Ensure mail is processed and shipped on schedule each night

  • Managing the production flow for the assigned area

  • Leading, directing, training, and developing team leaders on their job duties

  • Performing quality audits to ensure accuracy of labels and sortation

  • Completion of reports and daily tracking

  • Management of time keeping system

  • Maintaining an employee roster

  • Attendance management

  • Interacting and communicating with the client about production results, quality and work flow

  • Coaching and counseling

  • Ensuring timely and effective communication of key issues to all staff

  • Achieving compliance in all aspects of the operation for assigned areas

  • Executing employee engagement strategies to drive performance and retain the workforce

  • Daily communications with the recruiting teams

  • Deliver excellent customer service to our valued client – one of our largest customers in the US.






We are looking for someone who has excellent leadership skills and experience as a manager in a warehouse or distribution work environment, who has the ability to lead and motivate their employees.  A Bachelor’s degree and 3-5 years warehouse or distribution experience and/or production management, or an equivalent of 7 years combination of education and experience.  Must have at least 2 years’ experience with supervising employees of 100 people or more in a metric driven environment. Be highly energetic and experience with and/or ability to work in fast paced environment and to work under pressure. Must be able to maintain flexibility to work evening hours and weekends to meet the business needs of supporting the customer.  Have excellent communication skills both oral and written.  Be able to effectively plan, organize, prioritize and multi-task in fast-paced environments. Have the ability to be organized, objective, and be detail oriented. Have a strong customer service attitude and commitment to continuous improvement.
