The main responsibility for this position is to use agency systems and leads to bring on new business and customers to the agency by providing quotes and presenting options to prospects. This role requires a lot of outbound phone, email and texting to reach leads and prospects.
Prospecting, networking and getting referrals are also critical to hit sales goals and increase personal income via increased commissions. There is no limit/ceiling to the sales and income opportunity!
Just as importantly, maintaining relationships with existing customers is necessary to retain customers and grow our customer base.
