Job Description:
Provide superlative service and support to customers, including: Assisting customers with various inquiries in a timely manner and with a high degree of professionalism; researching and resolving customer issues; inputting customer information into client systems; managing transactions and changes to accounts; and, offering solutions that optimize the customer experience and retain their business.
