Salem Staffing’s Chicago staffing center is looking for a highly professional Customer Service Representative for a Temp-to-hire position at our client’s office located in Chicago, IL At Salem, we connect extraordinary people with extraordinary organizations — for the optimal benefit of both.
• Title: Medical Customer Service Representative
• Location: Chicago, IL
• Hours: 7-5:30pm (8 hour shift)
• Compensation range: $14.00
• Completing registration for patients
• Processing and verifying medical insurance for patients
• Verifying doctor referrals
• Scheduling appointment for patients
• Previous customer service and call center experience;
