Our client based in Elk Grove is looking for an Administrative Assistant to provide support to the leadership team as well as support to Accounts Payable. Candidates must have strong attention to detail and will be able to work with all levels of employees. QuickBooks experience is a plus. This position will be part-time approximately 30 hours per week. This is a long term temp-to-hire opportunity!
Responsibilities:
· Provide administrative support to leadership team.
· Answer phones and communicate messages.
· Manage a heavy travel arrangements for leadership and corresponding logistics.
· Calendar and schedule meetings.
· Data entry of Accounts Payable information into QuickBooks.
· Coordinate event logistics as needed.
· Email, scan, file and prepare documents.
· Create correspondence and edit documents.
· Transcribe dictation and share with the appropriate parties.
· Communicate with clients and vendors.
· Perform other duties or projects as assigned.
Requirements:
· 3-5 years' experience in professional office administration.
· Associates degree preferred.
· Proficient with Microsoft Office.
· QuickBooks experience a plus.
· Positive attitude and ability to work independently.
· Must be self-motivated and able to multi-task.
· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
· Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
