HAPPEN is looking for an enthusiastic and hard-working professional to work in a fun and fast-paced environment, where your  multitasking and problem-solving abilities become crucial to the backbone of the organization

Responsibilities:

  • Engage with consumers in a public and/or digital setting; increasing interest through fun, personalized interactions during hosted events

  • Coordinate and host live events to draw consumer interest to the brand

  • Become an expert in your field by training weekly on new materials

  • Provide excellent customer service to key accounts and potential customers

  • Communicate with other cross-functional departments to meet goals or strategize productivity improvements

Requirements:

  • Previous customer service or sales experience preferred

  • Local to the Birmingham, AL area

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, without compromising quality of completion of tasks

  • Exceptional interpersonal skills

  • Self-motivated and eager to advance in their next role

  • Ability to remain level-headed in stressful situations

  • Must be 18 years or over
