
The Learning Management System ( LMS) Coordinator under general supervision, manages support and process for day-to-day operational administration and technical support, i.e. the administration, documentation, tracking, reporting, delivery of educational courses, training or learning programs within LMS.
· Manages the day-to-day operational administration and technical support in use of LMS
· Facilitate employee training and to assure that employees are trained within appointed time frames
· Conduct training on how to utilize LMS and responses to customer support questions related to the LMS
· Oversee and manages the enrollment process for training
· Administer reports as required that tracks results of employee’s status and completion of courses
· Collects and analyzes employee/customer feedback and follows-up where appropriate to assess end user satisfaction with the LMS
· Communicate LMS issues and updates to end users
· Audit and monitor data integrity within LMS
· Performs proactive ongoing evaluations of LMS and related processes to identify areas in need of improvement
· Identify, recommend, test, and support implementation of LMS and solutions to improve system capabilities
· Monitor LMS for upgrades, patches, enhancements, testing, validation, and performance of the system
· Manage, respond, and escalate to management LMS or Training issues in a timely manner
