Our client is looking for successful multi-unit managers with 5+ years’ experience who have experience working in fast/casual restaurants or quick service/fast food restaurants and have, a passion for providing quality food and a commitment to excellent customer service. The Area Director
provides strategic direction for the team of Managing Partners (MPs) & General Managers(GMs) and acts as the primary support for the MPs & GMs in his/her designated area.
- Minimum of 5+ years of Multi Unit Management experience in fast/casual restaurants or quick service/fast food restaurants
- Good leadership skills
- Outgoing, dynamic personality
- Maintains a sense of urgency attitude for the completion of responsibilities & tasks
- Ability to work in a deadline driven, fast-paced, high pressure environment
- Ability to multi-task and easily adapts to change
- Work hard, but have fun
