We are currently seeking a qualified Senior Sales Coordinator to work in our recently launched Customer Engagement Center (CEC) in Houston. Candidates must have a strong work ethic and have a proven track record of lead management performance excellence.
What will you do?
- Execute BDC campaigns in accordance with CEC strategies
- Create appointments for vehicle sales utilizing advanced skillset with text, phone and email messaging
- Perform in line with Holman lead management ‘best practice’ benchmarks
- Create an outstanding customer experience
- Utilize our Customer Relationship Management platform (CRM) for all activity
Job Type: Full-time
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Industry knowledge
- Automotive experience
- 2-3 years lead management experience
- Proven track record of lead management performance excellence
- Career minded, positive, ‘go-getter’
