Title: Phone Surveyor
Location: Topeka, KS 66612
Hours: PART TIME
Duration: Indefinite
Additional Schedule requirements & details:
· A typical schedule of Monday through Friday 5:30-9:00 pm, with Saturday 12 - 5:30 PM, and Sundays 12:30-8:00 PM being required.
Must work at least 15 hours per week, or up to 39.5 hours per week
Must attend mandatory monthly meetings (usually held the first Thursday of every month at 2:00pm and 5:30 pm)
Must work on site.
Job Details:
The Phone surveyor/Interviewer role, with the Bureau of Health Promotion, is one that would require the interviewer to work at a computer station for the entirety of their shift. There, they would be calling out to the resident's telephone numbers within the State of Kansas and speaking with them for their answers to questions about their personal health per the indicated questions with the survey. The interviewer would be reading verbatim from the on-screen script to gather quality data, and then key in responses using 10-key (1 for yes, 2 for no, etc.).
In an effort to keep the residents'' answers as true as possible, BHP has stated that the interviewer should remain neutral in any responses to the residents, so as not to sway their answers.
The interviewers are to be self-motivated, maintain good attendance, and offer understanding flexibility.
