A Shelbyville company is hiring a Rubber Manufacturing associate to their growing team.

The ideal candidate is someone who is okay working alone but can also work with a team, and someone who likes working at a fast pace.

Pay & Benefits:

  • $18.36/hr. plus $1.50 Shift Differential
  • Pay increases at 6 months and 12 months after hire on.
  • Opportunity to earn up to over $21/hr with certifications.

Schedule:

Job Duties & Requirements:

  • Associates will need to be comfortable lifting 30-5lbs
  • Weight and identify various materials according to specifications.
  • Loading mixers with materials to assure thorough mixing of material for compounding.
  • Perform batch off duties including colling compound, stacking for storage, and more.
