Job Requirements

Primary Duties & Key Responsibilities

 

  • Maximize sales potential by coaching sales associate behaviors on their phone sales skills, focused on cross-selling and up-selling
  • Achieve sales budget and accelerate key categories including Leather 
  • Develop and review sales associate performance goals, including monthly targets
  • Manage corporate gifting opportunities, propose outbound ideas to grow
  • Create annual business plans with specific, measurable KPIs and reporting
  • Manage operational execution, streamline processes and procedures, identify opportunities for efficiencies
     
    Required Experience:
  • 5+ years of retail management experience
  • Some luxury experience
     
    Technical Skills / Abilities:
  • Expert computer skills – word, excel, outlook
  • SAP knowledge preferred
  • CRM System knowledge
     
    Personal Skills:
  • Demonstrated sales leadership
  • Strong coaching skills and passion for developing others
  • Strong clienteling skills
  • Highly customer-oriented, results-driven, goal-oriented
     
    Education:  College Degree Preferred
