Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years’ experience as a facilitator or in a similar role
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to provide constructive feedback to management and staff, strong analytical and problem solving skills, decision-making and time management skills
Ability to communicate effectively and professionally both verbally and in writing
Experience with, or the ability to learn, collection practices and procedures 
Proficient knowledge of Window based software applications (i.e. Word and Excel)
Ability to work independently, multi-task and implement new concepts

Training Supervisor- Call Center Trainer

Facilitate a two week classroom training for new hires in a call center environment. Must have experience as a CALL CENTER TRAINER. 
Develop and implement training and coaching for new hires at various service levels
Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures in addition to compliance of state and 
federal regulations
Evaluate the overall work quality for those in training and establish follow-ups as needed
Audit and monitor representatives’ inbound and outbound calls as well as account 
documentation
Provide feedback and recommendations to Management regarding employee training 
progress
Handle employee relation issues including conducting disciplinary action as needed
Participates in special projects or performs duties in other areas as requested

Employee will have access to personal identifiable information (PII) and business confidential information
