Job Description

As Administrative Assistant you will assist in various office duties some will be daily and some will be occasional.

Responsibilities for this Administrative Assistant Positions job include:

  • ·         Inventory
  • ·         Customer Service
  • ·         Invoicing
  • ·         Will do Shipping and Receiving physically and via computer
  • ·         Must know how to properly file according to alphabetical files and by date within the file
  • ·         Must verify delivery is accurate and on time
  • ·         Must verify product being picked up is correct
  • ·         Organize and sort orders
  • ·         Perform general office duties as needed- cleaning, organizing, etc
  • ·         Locate product within the warehouse facility
  • ·         Answer the phone
  • ·         Take orders in person and over the phone
  • ·         Email Customers
  • ·         Complete all tasks accurately and in a timely manner

Hours: 7:30 am- 4 pm.

Job Requirements


High School Diploma
5 year experience in an office
Fully Bilingual- English and Spanish
Computer Proficiency

Customer Service Experience

Inventory Experience

Hours: 7:30 am- 4 pm.
