The OS&D Claims Analyst is responsible for investigating and resolving over, short and damaged claims.

Responsibilities
  • Investigation and determination of new claims
  • Reinvestigation and determination of disputed claims
  • Investigation and determination of interline claims
  • Continually work with Claims Supervisor on accounts with a high claim ratio
  • Assist with Admin duties when he/she is out of the office
  • Understands and applies various computer software programs (Microsoft Office) to automate manual processes
  • Continually improve processes
Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent
  • Possess good written and oral communication skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Teams
  • Strong attention to detail and processes
  • Experience with or knowledge of OS&D (Over, Short and Damaged) is a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
