Entry- Level Administrative Assistant

You'll succeed at this job if you love mail merging, answering phones, acting as a first point of contact and speaking to visitors and vendors.
Provide help when needed with various projects for other employees
Greet and Direct visitors and vendors, answer and direct phone calls
Sort and Distribute Mail and packages
Organize and schedule appointments
Write and distribute email, correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports - Develop and maintain a filing system - Update and maintain office policies and procedures
Order office supplies and maintain inventory of supplies
Maintain contact lists; act as the point of contact for internal and external clients
Some office experience/knowledge of Office Environment and procedures preferred
Knowledgeable computer skills including MS Office, Outlook, etc.
Working knowledge of office equipment, like printers and fax machines - Knowledge of filing and data entry
Phone skills and customer service experience
Familiarity with using the internet for research tasks
Excellent verbal, written, and social skills
Attention to detail and problem solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask
