Customer Service Representative II needed in the Roseville area for a manufacturing company. This person will handle customer service calls in a fast-paced environment. Under limited supervision, performs a wide variety of routine support activities in the domestic customer service function. Responsible for promoting and maintaining positive customer relations. Supports domestic customers and regional sales representatives.
Responds to customer inquiries regarding pricing, order status, and product availability.
Facilitates the processing of warranty claims and repairs.
Handles customer returns or exchanges using Service and Support Module.
Enters orders and quotes received via phone, email, fax, and the web.
Provides product and pricing information by way of phone inquiry, faxes and e-mail quotations.
Contacts customers to resolve purchase order or credit card issues; notifies customers of shipment delays, etc.
Provides responses to standard customer inquiries concerning order status, ship date, price quotes, availability and related questions.
Reviews orders for correct price, part numbers, and descriptions per standard catalog listing, and per customer Purchase Orders.
Ascertains related data such as ship to, bill to, quantity, etc.
Completes and maintains associated records and logs of activity, associated records and documents using CRM software.
Interacts with other departments to ensure delivery schedule or help resolve account billing.
Requires ability to use company policies and procedures in resolving an array of problems.
May provide work leadership to lower level employees.
Regular and reliable attendance.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Call Center or similar environment
Assessments for MS Word, Outlook, Excel, Data Entry, Typing, Email Etiquette
Minimum Assessment Results: 50 WPM, 9000 KPH, 80% in Microsoft Programs
HS Diploma or equivalent
CRM Software experience
Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
Strong written and verbal communication
Experience with QAD or another similar ERP Software
Must be able to clear a thorough drug screening and criminal background check, provide a minimum of two supervisory references and proper documentation to verify eligibility to work in the USA.
