Job Description

Entry Level HR & Payroll Position

Position Summary: Provide administrative support to USA Human Resource Head and act as payroll and benefits backup. Ensure all operational and corporate objectives are met. Support and assist employees with exceptional customer service.

1. Act as Payroll and benefits backup
2. Assist in all recruitment activities
3. Assist in onboarding, induction, separation process
4. Assist in Employee Relation and engagement activities
5. Assist in Immigration and Travel activities
6. Assist other department /management as needed
7. Occasionally handle front desk and its activity



Job Requirements

Entry Level HR & Payroll Position

Seeking individual with Human Resource or Business degree or background,  who has a “go getter” attitude and exceptional learning ability.

Skills – Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel-Vlookup, Pivot Tables)

ADP payroll (WorkforceNow) experience desired
