Ghekko Networks is recruiting an admin executive who will provide high level administrative support for the admin department. You must possess excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work quickly.

What is expected

· To liaise with the sales executive throughout the day, managing the orders coming in

· To report back to the director regularly with any queries or issues you may have

· To handle multiple tasks at the same time and perform them to a high standard

· To be thorough with every task ensuring data is inputted and documents are processed correctly

Key Responsibilities

Accounts:

· Check and post sales & supplier invoices, and test sheets

· Book in POs and drop shipments

· Process bills/purchase invoices

· Process invoices

· Bank reconciliation

· Generate debtors and creditors reports

Logistics:

· Request quotes from couriers

· Negotiate shipping prices

· Track shipments

· Generate and review monthly shipping report

· Liaise with couriers

Purchasing:

· Create all purchase orders

· Liaise with suppliers

· Book items into stock

· Negotiate small orders

General Admin:

· Order stationary

· Answer the phone, transfer to relevant person, or take message

· Accurately file and maintain hard copy documents

The ideal candidate

· You are extremely organised and able to multitask within a fast-paced environment

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Positive attitude and team player

· Good attention to detail

· Computer skills are essential
