Quest Group is looking to place an exceptional individual in a call center for a premier bank in the Atlanta area. This position is part-time with the opportunity to advance to a permanent full-time position in the future based on performance. - Provide excellent customer service
Promote bank products.
Utilize software programs to document, track, and monitor each call received;
Process routine request and associated paperwork.
Handling inbound/outbound calls regarding customers concerns, questions, or complaints relating to bank accounts.
Assist customers with balancing bank accounts, completing loan payments, and updating credit card payments and transactions.
Ensure prompt attendance to their inquiries and exhibit an attitude of solution concerning customers.
- Minimum one year banking experience required
