Job Description

Our company has doubled in the last 7 years and continues to grow. The fastest growing area of the company is Security. This includes fire and security alarms, card access control systems, video surveillance systems and gates and doors amongst other security technologies.

This position is a combination of management and sales. You will be responsible for the division’s P&L, managing the technicians, hiring new technicians, managing projects, hiring sales representatives and project managers, as well personally selling installation projects and new recurring services.

Job Requirements:

  • ·         5+ years commercial security sales and or management experience (prior management experience not required)
  • ·         Technical knowledge of security technologies
  • ·         Ability to grow and lead a team of people
  • ·         Excellent communications, follow-up, and organizational skills
  • ·         Proficient with computers
  • ·         Reliable vehicle, valid driver license, and a satisfactory BMV Report
  • ·         Successfully passing a pre-employment drug screening and background check
