  • The Desktop Support Technician is a designated point of contact for internal employees .
  • The role is to provide support and maintenance of desktop computing environment, applications, hardware and related technologies.
  • The technician will optimize IT performance, analyze and resolve issues, incidents, and problems in a timely and accurate manner; and provide end-user assistance where required.
  • The technician will perform on-site equipment maintenance and repair services as needed.
  • The technician will also be involved in equipment receipt, deployment, and inventory.
    • Must have solid skills with PC/Windows Troubleshooting, PC/Windows Builds, Imaging, O365,  AD, Mobile Devices (iPhones, iPads)
    • Will also support field workers (foreman, lineman, etc.)
    • Must work well under pressure and be able to deal with stress
    • Must be able to speak professionally and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
    • 100% onsite
