The Desktop Support Technician is a designated point of contact for internal employees .
The role is to provide support and maintenance of desktop computing environment, applications, hardware and related technologies.
The technician will optimize IT performance, analyze and resolve issues, incidents, and problems in a timely and accurate manner; and provide end-user assistance where required.
The technician will perform on-site equipment maintenance and repair services as needed.
The technician will also be involved in equipment receipt, deployment, and inventory.
Must have solid skills with PC/Windows Troubleshooting, PC/Windows Builds, Imaging, O365, AD, Mobile Devices (iPhones, iPads)
Will also support field workers (foreman, lineman, etc.)
Must work well under pressure and be able to deal with stress
Must be able to speak professionally and have excellent interpersonal communication skills
