The Outside Sales Representative will be responsible for travelling through the territory as needed to increase sales and generate new revenue primarily in the meat and poultry industry, with potential for growth into other industries. 2+ years of experience in industrial sales and/or customer service and account management
Willing to travel as much as 80% through territory – company vehicle provided
Understanding of basic engineering concepts
Experience building and maintaining customer relationships
Ideal candidate would have previous experience with selling and/or supporting material handling and conveyor related products
Generate new revenue within the specified territory
Responsible for obtaining qualified leads through outbound prospecting calls aimed at decision makers and influencers within the territory
Tracks Sales leads through use of company CRM system; while gathering market and customer information, providing feedback.
Maintain, grow and cultivate relationships with resellers, distributors, OEM’s and End-users.
Expand reselling network within territory; develop and nurture reseller network;
Focus on new OEM and end-user targets for specific growth.
