Sales Associate
JANITORIAL SALES PROFESSIONAL WANTED!
Immediate OPPORTUNITY for a Seasoned and Skilled Janitorial Salesperson! Qualified candidates must have a proven track record of VICTORY and at least 7 years of Janitorial Sales experience! The successful candidate will be high-energy and proactive with a personality that is contagious! They will be responsible for generating new business, making cold calls, and scheduling appointments with prospective clients. All you have to do is SELL…SELL…SELL!!!!!!
Duties:
- Prepare proposals and quotes for potential customers
- Research, manage and develop long-term profitable relationships with customers
- Product consultation, including extensive knowledge of customer markets, products, and industry trends
- Develop and deliver sales presentations
- Ability to research and develop new customers to grow sales volume
- Maintain up-to-date sales database
- Ability to go to client locations
- Canvas area to grow existing customer base
- Participate in sales forecasting and planning
Qualifications
- 5-10 years’ experience in and knowledge of the janitorial industry and/or service industry
- Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in janitorial industry
- Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision & works well within team
- Outgoing and friendly personality
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail organizational and time management ability
- Strong computer skills including: database, spreadsheet, and word processing
- Well-developed presentation skills
- Strong problem solving ability to handle customer service feedback
