Manager, Client Financial Services

Position Summary

The Manager, Client Financial Services will be responsible for leading a team, ensuring accurate financial project contract set-up and review within the ERP system.

Location: Bloomington, IN

Reporting Structure: The Manager, Client Financial Services will report directly into the Senior Finance Director.

In concert with Catalent’s Patient First philosophy, this position is key in our efforts toward continuous improvement of our processes & information which will allow quality drug products to reach patients safely and efficiently.

The Role

 Provide excellent financial services to Catalent clients, through effective leadership of the CFS Analyst team

 Establish best practices for the CFS team, ensuring accurate and efficient processes and reporting

 Support the project contract set-up and review process in JDEdwards ERP system

 Interact with client project management and auditor teams, supporting financial requests and audits

 Oversee the SOX controls are being followed and documented for the OTC process

 Develop effective commercial client PO process through coordination with the Supply Chain function

 Lead resolution of open A/R issues, working closely with the BD, PM and FSSC teams

 Work closely with Revenue stream owners, and Finance FP&A function, to provide visibility to progress toward product delivery and Revenue targets

 Assist in coordinating data requests for internal and external financial auditors

Job Requirements

The Candidate

  Bachelor’s degree

  7-10 years of experience in a related position

  Proven ability to manage a team of professionals

     ●  Outstanding management skills with the ability to establish and focus on key priorities

  Demonstrated ability to work in a dynamic environment

  Experience working with an ERP system

  Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

  Excellent communication skills and ability to work with all levels of management

  Knowledge of financial systems and Revenue Recognition

  Ability to collaborate across the organization on business and operational processes

  Understanding of manufacturing processes
