Job Requirements

FICS System Support team members:

  • Provide high-quality software support via phone and email
  • Document system support activities
  • Test FICS software for quality assurance
  • Prepare and conduct engaging and informative software training classes
  • Travel to customer sites to perform software training and/or software consulting
  • Develop and conduct software webinars

Requirements:

  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills are a must
  • Ability to convey patience and understanding to customers in person, over the phone and via email, as well as to co-workers and team members
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple tasks, priorities, and deadlines without supervision
  • Professional appearance and demeanor
  • Ability to travel across the United States on short notice
  • Extensive knowledge of residential loan servicing, including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, investor reporting, and IRS reporting
  • Proficiency with personal computers and basic programs (i.e. Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and ability to learn other software used by FICS in a Windows environment
  • Ability to conduct presentations before large groups
  • Five to ten years of experience in the Mortgage Industry
  • College degree strongly preferred

FICS is searching for a self-motivated individual, with about five to ten years of residential mortgage industry experience to join its Mortgage Servicer software support team. Qualified candidates will exhibit an appetite for learning the FICS Mortgage Servicer software and take initiative to fulfill FICS' purpose of supporting its customers. Extensive knowledge of mortgage loan servicing, including escrow administration, ARM analysis, payment processing, investor reporting, and IRS reporting, are preferred.
