Our MDs are the frontline representative of ECP to our Senior to C-level professional customers. A Marketing Director at ECP is trained to be a job search strategist and personal brand marketing expert. They are responsible for evaluating client job search status and creating effective resumes, letters and online content to communicate candidate’s transferrable skill sets and gain market attention. They are also trained to understand which channels will produce the best market response given a particular client’s goals, work history, geography, liabilities and other crucial factors.
Leveraging our company’s global research resources, the latest in job aggregation tools and optimized content distribution methods, the MD establishes a market position, and a go-to-market strategy for each client, then supports with consultative guidance.
MDs work from home on our customized Salesforce CRM, with access to D&B Hoovers, News Lookup, Linkedin RPS, JobScan, and more.
MDs educate and support each client on our cutting-edge search portal JobRAMP (Job Research and Management Portal). They design market targeting for each client related to employers, recruiters and venture investors, and craft and manage email campaigns, delivering open and click reports for effective client follow up.
Candidates with experience in HR or recruiting are preferred.
- 8-10 years of business experience, preferably in recruiting, direct customer support, communications and/or sales.
- Self-motivation – as this is a work-from-home position.
- Effective verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer service focus.
- Strong writing skills.
- Ability to assimilate numerous facts into succinct statements.
- Knowledge of Salesforce, Word and Excel.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
