Day to Day of a Customer Service CSR:
Maintain positive communications between our customers and clients
Stay up to date on our client’s product knowledge through our free in house training
Attend staff meetings and weekly social nights
Coach and develop like-minded individuals and
Help acquire new customers for our clients
