Responsibilities/Duties include:

Actively work with team members and other service support to effectively resolve incidents and requests.

Ability to use analytical skills to resolve complex hardware and software issues.

An individual who is motivated, focused, works independently, and has prior experience with Microsoft related products in a networked environment.

Support of network hardware such as switches, managed routers, IP telephony switches, and wireless networking; Apple and Android mobile device support also desirable.

Maintain working knowledge of networking protocols, mediums, and network systems integration.

If necessary, communicate with third-party support and equipment vendors; Recommend, schedule, and perform hardware and peripheral equipment improvements, upgrades, and repairs.

Assist staff and provide training and support to, end users and staff on equipment operation and other issues.  

Maintain working knowledge of the following operating systems: Windows Server, Windows 7, 8, 8.1, and 10. 

Working knowledge of MS Office that includes Office 365 experience. Also maintain working knowledge of other desktop software such as Internet applications, firewalls, desktop spyware tools, anti-virus, remote desktop applications, terminal services and other enterprise desktop related software.

Degree Required: An Associate’s Degree in a computer-related field as well as 1-3 years of experience or a high school diploma with extensive computer related experience.
