Job Requirements

  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee a wide variety of projects involving the construction building systems (plumbing-related). Participate in the conceptual development of a construction project (plumbing) and oversee its organization, scheduling, and implementation.
  • Project management of all large commercial plumbing projects (projects larger than $250k)
  • Inspect and review plumbing projects to monitor compliance with building and safety codes, and other regulations. Must be able to read/interpret blueprints.
  • Personnel management of plumbing
  • Prepare and submit plumbing budget estimates and progress and cost tracking reports.
  • Take actions to deal with the results of delays, bad weather, or emergencies at construction site.
  • Investigate damage, accidents, or delays at construction sites, to ensure that proper procedures are being carried out.
  • Change plumbing order estimation and generation (reviewed with direct report)
  • Manpower planning (coordinated with Director of Operations and VP of Subcontracting)
  • Plumbing Materials take-off
  • Plumbing Materials and logistics planning
  • Attendance of mandatory plumbing project site meetings
  • Submittals, shop drawings, as-builts and close-out documents
  • RFI issuance and ASI reviews

Master (or Journeyman) Plumber / Project Manager

Certifications / Licenses Required:

  • Active Master Plumber license in Colorado (preferred) ~OR~ Active Journeyman Plumber license in Colorado

Experience:

  • 5-7+ years in plumbing plumbing service management / ability to read and interpret blueprints

Summary:

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in related field (preferred, not required)
Computer Skills:
Proficient in Microsoft Office
