To help continue fuel our growth, company is looking for a Vice President of Revenue to lead our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success functions of the company. Your job is to build the companies go-to-market plans and ensure alignment and coordination across the company. We've built a world-class enterprise platform with a passionate customer base, and now we need an experienced revenue leader to help us scale our growth. You will need to have previous experience in a revenue-driving leadership role, spanning Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success in the Enterprise SaaS space. Most importantly, you will need to be able to roll up your sleeves and be a hands-on leader all while you build and support your team to scale.  
This role will report directly into the Founder CEO and you will have the unique opportunity to build our Revenue team where you see fit, location included.
 
Responsibilities:

  • Build and lead the Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams of the company
  • Own the customer journey from target to close
  • Drive all team members and channel partners to work cohesively, optimizing each to maximize revenue
  • Develop and execute our go to market plans
  • Devise motivating compensation plans that align with our strategy
  • Architect our sales and marketing tech stacks
  • Design onboarding and on-going training strategy for our channel partners and customers
  • Drive NPS, retention, and cross-sells with our channel partners and customers

Experience:
