To manage initial employer onboarding and communication efforts within the Employer Relations unit. Responsible for coordinating a variety of outreach efforts related to on-campus recruitment and lead generation, along with internal transactional duties.
Essential Duties And Responsibilities:
Coordinate overall employer onboarding experience, conduct introductory service overview conversations, and office/campus tours.
Assist ER with communication planning and outreach to new employers, including the creation and scheduling of email campaigns using client management software, HubSpot. Also includes monitoring the ER email account to ensure inquiries are responded to in a timely manner.
Assist ER Team with coordinating employer events; includes – Information Tables, Information Sessions, On-Campus
interviews, etc. Includes transactional work such as completing/submitting pertinent paperwork to appropriate Colleges/Schools/Departments, organizing/building interview schedules in Handshake, etc.
Assist with ER Marketing as needed – coordinate and collaborate with Project Management team.
Track and maintain relevant statistic information related to employer relations efforts.
Responsible for collecting #s for monthly reporting purposes.
Participate in supporting ER and Career Development Center events.
Assists with the recruitment/selection/onboarding of ER Student Assistant(s).
Supervise ER Student Assistant(s). Includes creating/managing the student’s work schedule, providing and managing expectations, performance feedback, etc.
Other duties as assigned.
High school graduation or equivalent experience. Three (3) years of customer service experience. Two (2) years of supervision experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment. Strong organizational, analytical, decision making, problem solving, and critical thinking skills. Quality focus. Proficient in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
Bachelor’s Degree. Handshake and HubSpot (or other CRM tool) experience.
