Job Requirements

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Analyze financial statements and due diligence documents
  • Underwriting – Daily use of financial modeling to project potential cash flows and investor returns
  • Research property specific demographics and economic trends to support financial assumptions
  • Prepare Broker Opinions of Value (BOVs) or Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • Assist in the creation of Offering Memorandums (OMs) used to market a property for disposition
  • Assist in coordination of transactions to close while seeing that client satisfaction is top priority
  • Provide administrative and marketing support for the team
  • Maintain client and sales databases

Minimum Skill Requirements:

  • Self-motivated
  • Extremely detail oriented
  • Ability to multitask
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Resourceful, service oriented, professional, proactive, creative, dependable, trainable
  • High level of integrity and great interpersonal skills

Preference to Candidates with:

  • Bachelors’ degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Mathematics
  • Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint
  • Financial modeling experience
  • Extensive experience working with PowerPoint, InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Acrobat

Job Description: 


The Financial Analyst will provide strategic and detailed analysis, underwriting, planning, research and reporting for leisure investment assets including golf courses, marinas, ski resorts and master-planned communities. This position will directly report to the Senior Financial Analyst whose primary responsibility is to support all senior agents on the team.
