Construction Coordinator needed in North Scottsdale:
Ajilon is currently seeking a construction coordinator in North Scottsdale, AZ. As the construction coordinator, you will complete data entry and cross reference data, conduct research, act as a liaison between internal team and external clients, generate and analyze reports, and assist with additional projects as needed. To be considered, you must have a bachelor’s degree and at least two years of administrative experience. This client needs a candidate that is detail-oriented, organized, and quick on their feet. · Complete data entry and cross reference data
· Handle lean waivers, certificates of insurance, and prelim notices
· Process contracts and make necessary changes and updates
· Conduct research and data analytics
· Assist with billing, accounts receivable, and expense reporting
· Coordinate project schedules/timelines
· Retrieve and maintain subcontractors and contractor paperwork
· Generate and analyze reports
· Provide additional ad hoc project support
· Bachelor’s degree is required!
· Construction industry experience is required!
· 2+ years of relevant, administrative experience is preferred
· Proficient in MS Office Suite (EXCEL HEAVY)
· CRM experience is a plus!
