The French Bilingual Phone Agent will be representing the company by managing inbound contacts via phone, chat, and SMS from existing and prospective customers in English and French. In this role, the Agent will be the first line of contact and will be responsible to leave a customer with the very best impression of the organization. Delivering exceptional experiences and focusing on creating long term customers is the only priority. 

·         Engage with existing and prospective customers via phone, chat, and SMS in both French and English

·         Provide courteous, professional and timely responses to a continuous volume of customer inquiries

·         Thoroughly identify, research, understand and address all facets of customers’ requests
