A prestigious consulting firm seeks a highly detailed Executive Assistant to join their team in a temp-to-hire capacity. The Executive Assistant will be responsible for scheduling travel arrangements, managing complex calendars, and any additional administrative support needed. The ideal individual will have 2+ years of experience in a support role and be extremely self-motivated. The compensation for this role is $18-20/hour during the temporary period, and $60-70k once hired on permanently.
Responsibilities of the Executive Assistant:
Assist consultant with daily tasks and projects regarding searches
Manage a busy, complex calendar and schedule meetings
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements
Communicate and liaise with clients at an executive level frequently
Gather and prepare meeting materials and documentation
Handle phone and email correspondence
Other various administrative support tasks
Requirements of the Executive Assistant:
Bachelor’s Degree preferred
2+ years of corporate administrative experience
Experience within an executive search, consulting, or legal firm is preferred
Excellent proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Ambitious, eager to please, and confident
Impeccable attention to detail and communication skills
Highly organized and professional
Strong time management skills with excellent ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
