We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist who emphasizes an attention to detail, has an interest in data exchange and management, enjoys working systematically, and can provide a superior level of customer service with a self-driven attitude. This addition to our small internal Sales team should share our strong work ethic and level of self-motivation to help with variety of tasks in the department.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following: EDI or Electronic Data Interchange - all forms of data transfer processes between the company and customers, policy compliance monitoring, including but not limited to Minimum Advertised Pricing, Excel spreadsheet management to aid in departmental analysis and needs, order entry assistance, maintaining multiple product information spreadsheets, catalog maintenance for large online retailers, providing backup to other assistants and sales team members as needed, daily monitoring of multiple email accounts, and limited company-wide phone coverage.
