Talis Group’s client is a well-established company, manufacturing a variety of innovative products for the consumer industry. This growing company with a strong Lean culture is adding an eCommerce Account Manager to their Sales & Marketing team. This strategic position will develop and implement ecommerce sales strategies, maximize brand performance and manage P&L for on-line sales. This company offers generous salary and full benefit package, as well as a team culture. Company will provide several weeks of product training at their corporate office and then position could be maintained remotely if successful candidate did not want to relocate to Louisville area. Position offers good salary at $50-$55k plus bonus.
Serve as primary point of contact for on-line sales with assigned accounts
Develop and implement e-commerce sales strategies to ensure brand performance and sales goals for assigned accounts
Work closely with Marketing Director to develop and institute product branding campaigns
Manage profit and loss, forecasting and on-line analytics top optimize sales
Evaluate the effectiveness of on-line products through product performance metrics
Conduct research and analysis of markets, products and industries
Work with marketing team to create effective on-line product listings
Responsible for daily optimization of on-line sales
Extract and analyze data from on-line portals
Develop relationships with customers and buyers
Stay up-to-date on product, industry and ecommerce knowledge
3+ years of experience in sales and marketing
Consumer product sales and marketing experience
Must have experience analyzing, forecasting and reporting data
Online product listing, SEO, SEM and e-commerce optimization experience required
Experience extracting on-line data from Amazon or big box retail companies
Position will require some travel
May work remotely but will train at corporate in Louisville area
