Customer Account Specialist

A growing inventory management company is currently seeking a Full-time Customer Account Specialist. The ideal candidate will handle the needs of existing customers and inside sales. The target is to provide support for existing customers, process new orders, handle billing and collections, and meet sales quotas.

Responsibilities and Duties:
* Answering phones; able to manage large amounts of incoming calls; greet customers warmly; being able to maintain a professional tone with all customers
* Processing orders
* Maintaining positive working relationship with clients for business growth
* Upselling by suggesting information about other products and services
* Fulfill customer needs to ensure customer satisfaction
* Resolve product or service problems by clarifying customer’s complaint; determining the cause of the problem; explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting correction or adjustment; following up to ensure resolution
* Preparing reports
* Analyze and manage account renewal process
* Able to work in a team environment
* Meeting sales quotas

Skills and Requirements:
* Must have 1-3 years experience in Customer Service
* Must have 1-3 years experience in Inside Sales
* Must have excellent communication skills
* Patient and People oriented
* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge in Inventory Systems
* Ability to multi-task; prioritize; and remain organized
* High school diploma or equivalent; (College degree preferred)

Position: Full-time, temp to perm

Monday through Friday: 8:30am-5pm


* Must have 1-3 years experience in Customer Service
* Must have 1-3 years experience in Inside Sales
* Must have excellent communication skills

* Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Knowledge in Inventory Systems
