Business Banking Commercial Lender
We are currently looking for a Business Banking COMMERCIAL LENDER experience in C&I and CRE to join our Commercial Banking team. This position focuses on the $250k to $5 million loans. In this position, you will generate business relationships and be responsible for the development and maintenance of credit and non-credit relationships with commercial customers, corporate accounts, and potential customers while rendering quality service in accordance with bank goals to attain growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction. Originate new and expand existing customer relationships through community involvement and business development activities, cross-selling bank products when appropriate. Stay abreast of laws, regulations, and new products that influence business lending background.
Job Requirements
- 2+ years of commercial or business banking
- Formal credit training desired
- Proven success in business development
- Experience working in a community bank environment
- Bachelor's or AA Degree in Business or related field or equivalent experience
- High energy and sales attitude required
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid interpersonal skills and organizational skills needed to handle work in an efficient manner.
- Proven ability to analyze financial statements
Salary 80-100k and a competitive bonus structure.
Position available in East and South Dallas, Texas.
