Scheduled Hours: Full-time and part time opportunities in our Clinics in Hartland, Waukesha, Oconomowoc, and Summit.
Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association (AHA). May obtain within 6 months based on department discretion.
Ability to perform routine and complex technical skills, within the Medical Assistant OR LPN scope of practice after demonstrated competency.
Completion of an accredited or approved program in Medical Assistant.
Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license issued by the state in which the team member practices, and Advanced training beyond High School that includes the completion of an accredited or approved program in Practical Nursing.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; ability to develop rapport and maintain positive, relationships with a variety of patients, staff and physicians.
Proficient PC skills with exposure to electronic medical records systems.
