Carrols Corporation, the worlds largest Burger King® franchisee, is seeking an Experienced and Quality-Driven RESTAURANT DISTRICT MANAGER 

·       Restaurant Management Experience REQUIRED.

·       Extensive Knowledge of Restaurant/Quick Service Industry REQUIRED.

Responsibilities include:

·       Oversight of four or more restaurants within a supervisory district.

  • Achieve operational excellence in the following areas:

  • Gross profit variance

  • Guest service

  • Speed of service

  • Profit plan

  • Staffing and development

  • Facilities maintenance

  • Management and team member turnover rate


·       Assure that guests are treated promptly and courteously; products are of specified quality and quantity; equipment is maintained properly; sanitation standards are complied with; and company restaurants are maintained in a neat and attractive manner.

·       Select, develop, and maintain proper staffing in the restaurants through planning in order to ensure efficient restaurant operations.

·       Ensure that members of the management team are provided developmental and training opportunities necessary to create potential candidates for multiple tiers in management (entry level Shift Supervisor to DM level)

·       Exercise judgment and decision-making pertaining to all employee relations and personnel actions.

  • Conduct biannual financial audits

·       Conduct and administer restaurant visitations on a timely basis in order to observe and measure the restaurant team’s progress and performance. This pertains to all operational aspects of the restaurant’s cleanliness, quality, service as well as their proficiency executing various systems.

·       Participate in remodels/closures and acquisitions.



·       Restaurant Management Experience REQUIRED.

·       Experience managing multi-unit restaurant REQUIRED

  • Willing to undergo Drug Screening and Background Checkin accordance with local laws and regulations
  • Must possess a valid drivers license and personal transportation
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent (GED)College Degree a plus

·       Ability to achieve goals in a fast-paced environment

·       Perform multiple tasks.

·       Adjust to changing assignments.

·       Maintain productivity, composure, and a pleasant attitude under pressure.

·       Excellent written and communication skills

·       Strong leadership and professional development skills
