Our client, a very well-established and prestigious full-service law firm located near New Hyde Park, NY seeks an experienced Real Estate (Residential) Paralegal who has the ability and experience to handle residential real estate files from intake to closing.

The ideal candidate must be able to draft contracts of sale for residential real estate, review title reports and surveys, prepare ACRIS documents, communicate with all parties of a transaction, act as attorney-client liaison, and schedule closings.  

Salary is competitive and will be based on experience + comprehensive benefits package

Hours: Mon – Fri 9am – 5pm
