M-F 9:30am-6:00pm, some OT could be required

What are the 3-5 most important things you are looking for in a qualified candidate?

·      At least 6 months of loan administration or administrative clerical experience

·        Mortgage/title/finance industry experience a plus

·        MUST have working experience with MS Outlook and typing experience, ten key with accuracy

·        Able to read technical details in a document

·        Organization skills  

·        Attention to detail – ensuring all necessary signatures/notarizations are on docs

·        Professional communication skills

·        responsible for reviewing the closing docs through the web based program

·        Reviewing each document to ensure accuracy by matching the terms on the docs to the system

·        Ensuring all of the required docs have been provided, and that all signatures/notarizations are present
