WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

Salem Staffing’s Northshore staffing center is looking for a highly professional Customer Service/Call Center Representative for a Temp-to-hire position at our client’s office located in Schaumburg, IL. As Chicago's premier professional staffing service, we connect extraordinary people with extraordinary organizations — for the optimal benefit of both. 


SNAPSHOT:

• Title: Call Center Customer Service

• Location: Schaumburg, IL

• Hours: 7:30a-4:30p or 9a-6p



DAY-TO-DAY:

• Answer Call Center incoming telephone calls, e-mail inquiries and instant message chats from clients and participants in a professional, courteous and timely manner

• Identify benefit information and provide accurate and thorough information to all internal and external clients

• Perform clerical duties, such as data-entry and filing

• Research and analyze client issue and communicate any necessary information to the appropriate person for resolution

 JOB REQUIREMENTS:

• 1-2 years' general administration experience w/at least 6 months in a call center or customer service environment

• Human Resources and/or insurance background

• Reliable transportation

• Ability to retain vast quantities of information

• Accurate typing skills

• Bilingual a plus Spanish
